We have free classes for you from pregnancy up until your baby is 2 years old! The best part? You get to earn while you learn! Every class you take helps you shop in our Baby Boutique! That means you can earn diapers, wipes, clothes, equipment, and more with every class you take. Bonus points if dad joins the class too!

Pregnancy Classes

Pregnancy 101: Curious about having a healthy pregnancy, especially on a budget? Then this is the class for you! We’ll also talk about your changing hormones and the swing of emotions that can come with that, while also sharing valuable resources for pregnancy support and prenatal care.

Infant CPR: A valuable skill for any new parent. You’ll receive all the up to date information that is available for responding to an emergency. You’ll get hands on practice taught by a Register Nurse.

Car Seat Safety: So many brands and styles of car seats, it can be hard to feel confident about your baby’s safety, especially when it seems like the standard is always changing. Join us to learn all the ins and outs of Car seat installation and safety!

Breastfeeding: Why take a Breastfeeding class before you have a baby? Because confidence is the first step in breastfeeding success! Breast Milk has many benefits to help nourish your baby. Join us to discover the myriad of benefits for breastfeeding for mom and baby. Taught by an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Women’s Classes

Women’s Health: In our Women’s Health class we cover the basics on what to expect during a “Well Woman Visit” with your OBGYN Provider. This includes education on Pap smears, breast cancer screening, menopause, and others. A woman’s health needs differ throughout her lifespan, stay up to date with your health, and ensure you know when to
see your provider!

Family Planning: Have you ever wondered what type of contraception is right for you? What different options are out there? In this class we cover the different types of contraception, their benefits, and how they are typically used. We cover ovulation and fertilization, and how your reproductive system works. This is for informational purposes, remember to speak with your OBGYN Provider about what type of contraception is right for you.

Childbirth Preparation

Birth Planning: There are so many things to consider when preparing to give birth. Knowing your options in every situation will help you walk, or waddle, into giving birth with confidence and peace of mind knowing you are making the decisions that line up with your convictions and are best for you and your baby.

Unexpected Start: Sometimes things don’t go according to the plan, understanding life in the NICU can help you feel at peace with whatever your birth outcome may be. This class is taught by an RN.

Feeding your baby: Come learn the strategies for successful and stress free breast and bottle feeding. You’ll leave feeling confident and more prepared to care for your baby from day 1. This class is taught by an IBCLC

Safe Sleep: We know how important sleep is for a new mom, and how desperate you’ll feel for it once it’s not there anymore. Before you find yourself overwhelmed come take this Safe Sleep Practices class where you’ll learn the best sleeping practices for you and your baby. And learn the risks associated with SIDS

Preparing for labor: Almost every movie with a mom in labor starts with her water breaking, usually somewhere embarssaing! Well guess what, that’s not the case in really life. Join us for an engaging class on what to expect in labor and what you can do about it. Dads you won’t want to miss this class!

Lamaze: Having a variety of tools in your “labor support bag” is the key to a smooth and successful birth. You’ll gain practical breathing exercises for handling labor a little more easily and we’ll share some healthy birth practices.

Newborn Classes

Postpartum Care: What happens the first 40 days after giving birth determines how well and how quickly you’ll recover. Recovering from childbirth and caring for a newborn can be one of the most trying times in a mom’s life. Join us as we share sensible and refreshing tips for recovering well after birth and balancing life with your precious newborn baby.

New Baby Care: Pop in for one of our New Baby Care Classes where you’ll learn hands on skills for creating rhythms in your day. Including balancing feeding, play and sleep. This is also a great opportunity to bring your new born questions and come up with a tailored plan just for you. This class is for families with Infants 0-3 months old.

Infant Massage: Infant massage has many health benefits for baby, ranging from soothing a gassy tummy to calming their sometimes restless bodies. If you have a baby 2 weeks-5 months old this is the hands on class for you!

Infant Classes

Developmental Infant Play: Helping your baby grow and learn is an exciting and rewarding process. sing up for this fun and engaging class to learn about some free/low cost activities to enhance your sweet baby’s motor and social development

Starting Solids: Helping baby transition from milk to solids is sometimes an intimidating, and messy, processes. Come learn all the do’s and don’ts for beginning solids and helping your child learn to feed him or herself.

Baby on the Move: The moment you’ve been waiting for, sitting across from baby moving the toy just a little bit further out of reach, until he does it! He is crawling and there is no going back! So but now what? What’s the balance of baby proofing and setting safe boundaries? This class will answer all these questions and more!

Baby Sign Language: Being able to effectively communicate with your baby, even if they change their mind about more milk a dozen times, can decrease frustration for both mom and baby. Baby sign language allows your 8-12 month old to talk to you before her voice is ready.

Toddler Classes

Toddler Play: In this class you’ll nail down some key activities for your toddler that encourages curiosity that is crucial for development while also balancing healthy boundaries.

Toddler Nutrition: Is the more food on the floor than in their tummy? Does your toddler only want to eat Goldfish crackers? Don’t worry you’re not alone; having a fussy eater is pretty common. Come discover some strategies for helping your toddler over come his pickiness, balance his nutritional intake and learn about baby led weaning.

Teachable Toddlers: The terrible twos gets its name for a reason! Join us and we explore simple and practical ways to help your toddler thrive through encouragement and correction.

Potty Training: Spend 5 minutes on google and you’ll be in over your head with potty training tips and tricks, don’t worry this class is designed to help you identify your child’s readiness and motivation so you are set up from success from day one… And you know so you aren’t cleaning up potty accidents all day long!

Home safety: Creating a safe environment that also allows for exploration takes a little bit of planning, in this class we will offer you so Safety tips & solutions for your growing child

My Child’s Speech: Have you ever been concerned about your child’s speech development? In this class we cover normal milestones that should be met by your child in their first few years of life. We will cover signs to look out for when concerned for a speech delay, when to refer to your clinician, and tips to encourage speech development.

Team Parenting Classes

Our Team Parenting Classes are a series of 4 classes designed to help you explore parenting strategies together with your partner for a less stressful and more peaceful parenting journey.

Session 1 :Learn encourage a secure childhood by building a strong parenting relationship

Session 2 Discover your partners Love Languages: loving your partner in a way that helps them feel loved and respected

Session 3 Determine your parenting styles and gain an understand for navigating roles with your specific parenting dynamic in mind

Session 4 Build unity in parenting by resolving disagreements in a productive and healthy way
