Looking for support as your baby grows? Join our free Riverside infant classes covering baby sign language, starting solids, pumping for work, and healthy child development. Our mission is to empower Riverside parents with the tools they need for success.
Infant Classes
Baby Sign Language: Being able to effectively communicate with your baby, even if they change their mind about more milk a dozen times, can decrease frustration for both mom and baby. Baby sign language allows your 8-12 month old to talk to you before her voice is ready.
Starting Solids: Helping baby transition from milk to solids is sometimes an intimidating, and messy, processes. Come learn all the do’s and don’ts for beginning solids and helping your child learn to feed him or herself.
Pumping & Returning to Work: If you’re hoping to continue breastfeeding when you return to work, it’s possible! Learn about rights for nursing mothers at work and tips to keep up your supply while away from baby!
Love, Play & Connection: Healthy emotional relationships are incredibly important for the development of children throughout their lifespan. Learn how to set your kids up for success as you have fun with them!
My Healthy Child: Focuses on supporting your child’s growth, development and overall health.
New Baby Care: Pop in for one of our New Baby Care Classes where you’ll learn hands on skills for creating rhythms in your day. Including balancing feeding, play and sleep. This is also a great opportunity to bring your new born questions and come up with a tailored plan just for you. This class is for families with Infants 0-3 months old.
Infant Massage: Infant massage has many health benefits for baby, ranging from soothing a gassy tummy to calming their sometimes restless bodies. If you have a baby 2 weeks-5 months old this is the hands on class for you!
PREGNANCY CONFIRMATION
Our medical staff uses urine pregnancy tests to confirm your pregnancy. If your test is positive, we may be able to offer you a limited ultrasound which will confirm your pregnancy is in the uterus, check for viability and get measurements to see how far along you are.
COUNSELING AND MENTORSHIP
The decisions you make today will impact your tomorrow. Our staff is committed to helping you process all the information you need to make decisions regarding your pregnancy. You can find support and clarity in a safe, confidential, judgment-free environment while making your decision about the pregnancy.

EDUCATION PROGRAM
We have free classes for you! The best part? Earn while you learn! Every class you take helps you shop in our Baby Boutique! That means you can earn diapers, wipes, clothes, equipment, and more with every class you take.
SUPPORT GROUPS
Life is better in community! We want to provide you with the tools you may need, and sometimes those tools are friends. People who are going through it with you. We offer individualized monthly groups for those healing from miscarriages, struggling with breastfeeding, and needing post abortion support and healing. We also have a support group just for dads that meets monthly, called Dads for Life.
