To immediately reduce the client's sense of urgency, crisis, and despair

To support, encourage, inform, and empower all women regardless of their circumstances

To offer compassion, understanding with care as each woman shares her individual story

To make follow up calls to all women who are high risk, regardless of the decision they ultimately make, and to provide any additional information or referrals as appropriate

To provide referrals, education, or counseling without judgment placed on the decision made by the client

To maintain a compassionate and encouraging approach at all times

To never discriminate on the basis of race, age, marital status, education level, economic status, political affiliation, or religious beliefs
